Logo
The School of Public Service is a unique program that brings approximately 45 rising high school seniors from all over the United States and the world to the heart of Washington, D.C. Through classroom experiences, field trips, and special speakers program, students undertake an in-depth exploration of government, politics, and public service. It was started in 2002 by St. Albans School, a private all-male grade 4-12 school established in 1909 on the grounds of the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
The logo was commissioned by St. Albans in order to distinguish SPS’ identity amongst other competitive youth summer educational programs. Its design was further altered in 2022 to reflect its 20 Anniversary celebration.
